Each Contact page features an Activity timeline making it easy to track changes made throughout your Workspace.

Tracked changes

All of the following updates will appear on the timeline, including who made them.

  • Creation date: when your team first spoke with the Contact.
  • New Collection: when a member adds the Contact to a new Collection.
  • Status updates: when a member updates the Status of the Contact in a Collection.
  • Collection updates: when a member updates any shared data within a Collection regarding the Contact.
  • Notes: whenever a member creates a Note on the Contact page.

Timeline permissions

Changes to Contact data will only appear in the timeline to Members with access to the related Collection.
