Only email participants and dates are shared by default on Attio, but you can request access to your team's conversations in just a click. 

Requesting Access to a single Email

  • Emails are found in the Email tab of the relevant Record.
  • Click Request Access on the Email you'd like to view.
  • Your team member who owns the email will receive notification of your request and be able to approve or deny access.
  • If your request is approved, the email content will be visible to you immediately.
  • Either way, you'll receive a notification.
